【摘要】 民族地区受自然、历史、地理等因素限制,使民族地区生产方式、价值观念、经济水平等相对落后。民族地区应当加强民族文化资源与民族高校的有效结合,助推民族地区文化发展、促进民族地区经济建设、提高民族高校服务能力。本文提出校地合作双赢发展模式是新时期民族地区民族文化建设的新型模式,阐明了民族地区政府在民族文化建设中的积极探索,以及民族高校在民族地区文化建设中的有力推动作用,揭示了民族地区文化建设中校地合作存在的问题,并提出通过三位一体办学模式和校地良性互动提升校地合作水平的应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subject to natural, historical and geographical factors, the production mode, values and economic levels in ethnic minority regions relatively lag behind. Ethnic regions should enhance the effective combination of universities and ethnic cultural resources, to improve cultural development and economic construction and service function of universities in minority regions. This article put forwards that the win-win institution-locality cooperation mode is new mode of minority cultural construction in new era, states the positive exploration of cultural construction of local government, and the promoting effect of universities to the cultural construction in minority areas.it reveals existing problems of minority area cultural construction,and finally puts forward the counter measures of enhancing institution-locality cooperation level through the‘trinity teaching mode’and benign interactions.更多还原
