蜜蜂肠道纳豆发酵菌株的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 蜜蜂肠道中的细菌种类丰富,其中的芽孢杆菌是优势菌。对东方蜜蜂肠道、西方蜜蜂肠道、市售纳豆产品、纳豆发酵粉中细菌进行分离与纯化,获得6株芽孢杆菌,通过传统培养进行形态学分析及16S rDNA测序比对,结果表明:蜜蜂肠道中与纳豆产品中存在2种相似菌株,分别是解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),这2种菌都可用于纳豆的发酵生产。

【Abstract】 There are abundant bacterial species in honeybee guts, among them Bacillus sp. is dominant bacteria. 6 isolates were selected and identified from honeybee guts in Apis cerana and Apis mellifera, Natto products and powder. Isolates were analyzed by morphology and 16S rDNA sequences, we found Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus subtilis were present in honeybee guts and Natto products. They could be used in fermentation of natto.
