【摘要】 介绍了一种新型异质动物纤维分梳机,其机构组成主要包括喂入机构、预梳理机构、气流分梳机构和吸风除杂机构,简要分析了利用气流进行分梳和除杂的基本原理;从出绒率、除杂率、含粗率和短绒率等方面详细分析了新型异质动物纤维分梳机的梳理性能及特点;实验结果表明,与传统的兔毛分梳机相比,该分梳机具有出绒率高、除杂效果好、含粗率低、短绒率低、结构简单易操作、节能省电噪音小等特点,有效减少了兔绒纤维的损伤,提高了兔绒产品的质量,可以推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type of heterogeneous animal fiber carding machine was introduced,which was mainly made up of the feeding mechanism,the pre-carding mechanism,the airflow carding mechanism and the air suction cleaning mechanism. The basic principle of carding and removing with airflow was briefly analyzed. The carding performance and characteristics of the carding machine were analyzed in detail from the aspects of cashmere rate,removal rate,coarse hair rate and short fiber rate. The experimental results showed that compared with the traditional carding machine,a higher percentage of rabbit hair was deliveried,more impurities was removed,the coarse hair rate and short fiber rate were lowered,the machine structure was simple and easy to operate,the energy was saving and the noise was reduced. The fiber damage was effectively reduced and the quality of the carded rabbit hair was improved,so the machine can widely be used in the heterogeneous animal fiber carding field.更多还原
