【摘要】 文章开发的双面功能精纺毛织物具有正面防水,反面亲水的双重功能。试验采用3种加工方法:一是双面刮浆涂层;二是先用浸轧法对织物进行亲水整理,然后再在正面进行单面防水刮浆涂层;三是先用浸轧法对织物进行亲水整理,再采用泡沫涂层对织物正面进行防水整理。通过对每种加工方法的优缺点进行分析,得出该面料生产的方法是第3种。采用泡沫涂层整理可以防止助剂穿透,保证双面功能效果的差异,减少因增稠剂而造成的灰伤,还可以减少面料手感变差和减少面料撕破强力下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article describes the process of developing double-sided functional worsted fabric.This kind of worsted fabric has dual functions with waterproof front surface and hydrophilic back surface,making it comfortable to wear and easy to care. Three kinds of processing methods are tested: the first one is two-sided squeegee coating,the second one is hydrophilic finishing by padding,then waterproof squeegee coating on the front surface,the third one is hydrophilic finishing by padding,then waterproof finishing by foam coating on the front surface. The third method is the most suitable method after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages. The foam coating finish can prevent auxiliary penetrate,ensure the difference between both functions,decrease the ash content resulted from thickener,minimize the fabric feel from becoming worse and the declining of fabric tear strength.更多还原
