【Abstract】 The optimal configuration of JWF series blowing-carding unit was discussed.The technical characteristics and performance advantages of each single equipment in JWF series blowing-carding unit were introduced.Through theoretical analyses and practical summarization,optimal configuration suggestions were put forward on the blowing-carding unit process of spinning cotton variety with high,medium,low three types of impurity rate and spinning chemical fiber variety.The intelligent control and energy saving &cost-reducing condition of JWF series blowing-carding unit were explained.It is considered that self-practical situation should be combined when user is configuring blowing-carding unit process.Selecting optimized blowing-carding unit processing can lay the solid foundation of blowing-carding unit with higher speed,higher yield and higher quality.更多还原
