【摘要】 总结织物疵点自动检验系统的发展概况。指出了传统人工验布存在的主要问题;回顾了国内外自动验布技术的发展概况;对织物疵点的分类和检测要求进行了介绍;探讨了自动验布系统的功能和相关技术,并展望了自动验布技术的前景。认为:使用自动验布机,可提高劳动生产率;自动验布机是纺织产业升级、摆脱劳动密集型的重要措施,是今后发展的必然趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development of fabric defect automatic inspecting system was summarized.Main existing problems of traditional manual cloth inspection were pointed out.Development of automatic cloth inspecting technology at home and abroad was reviewed.Classification and inspecting requirement of fabric defect were introduced.Function and relevant technology of automatic cloth inspecting system were discussed.Prospect of automatic cloth inspecting technology was expected.It is considered that using automatic cloth inspecting machine can raise labor productivity.Automatic cloth inspecting machine is the important measure which can promote textile industrial upgrading and get rid of labor-intensive current situation.It is a certain trend in the future development.更多还原
