【摘要】 探讨数字化纺纱车间的智能化技术特点及效果。简要介绍了江苏大生集团数字化车间的项目概况,重点从该车间智能制造、两化融合、节能减排3个方面进行了阐述,对数字化纺纱车间的应用效果进行了重点分析。认为:棉纺数字化车间在优质、高效、低耗方面效果显著,国产智能化纺纱技术为传统纺织行业转型升级指明了新路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intelligent technology performance and effect of digitization spinning workshop were discussed.The project overview of the digitization workshop in Jiangsu Dasheng Group Co.,Ltd.was simply introduced.The workshop was explained by focusing on three aspects including intelligent manufacturing,integrating of informatization and industrialization,energy saving & emission reduction.The application effect of digitization spinning workshop was analyzed focally.It is considered that digitization cotton spinning workshop has obvious effect on aspects of higher quality,higher efficiency and lower energy consumption.Domestic intelligent spinning technology points out a new route for the traditional textile industry.更多还原
