【摘要】 介绍FS220型光电自动验布机的特点及应用效果。总结了该验布机的工作原理,并详细介绍了布面牵引系统、图像识别系统、标记系统的特点。采用30 m/min和60 m/min的验布速度,与人工验布效果进行了对比。结果表明:该验布机的正检率较高,对各种布面疵点的误判率均能控制在15%以内,并且各指标基本不受验布机速度的影响。认为:该验布机可以代替人工验布,降低人工成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Performance and application effect of FS220 photoelectric auto cloth inspecting machine were introduced.The working principle of the cloth inspection machine was summarized.The performance of traction system for fabric,image recognition system and tab system were introduced in detail.30m/min and 60m/min detecting speeds were adopted and compared with manual cloth inspecting effect.The test results show that the cloth inspection machine has higher correct precision rate.The misjudgment rate for each kind of fabric defects could all be controlled within 15%.Moreover,basically,each index was not affected by the speed of cloth inspection machine.It is considered that the cloth inspection machine can replace manual cloth inspection.It can save the staff cost of textile enterprises.更多还原
