脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在浆纱中的应用
Application of Fatty Alcohol-polyoxyethylene Ether in Sizing
【摘要】 探讨脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在淀粉PVA共混浆上浆中的应用效果。以棉纤维和涤纶纤维轻浆粗纱条的最大断裂强力、断裂伸长率、断裂功以及浆膜的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和磨耗为测试指标,探讨了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚分子结构和用量对共混浆料黏附性和浆膜性能的影响。结果表明:当脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的环氧乙烷数为9,添加量为1%时,共混浆液对棉纤维和涤纶纤维的黏附性能均较理想,浆膜的综合性能较好。认为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的使用有助于在淀粉PVA共混浆液中减少PVA的用量,可以减少约25%左右的PVA用量。
【Abstract】 The application effect of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in starch PVA blended sizing was discussed.The maximum breaking strength,breaking elongation and breaking power of light sized roving together with the breaking strength,breaking strength and abrasion of sized film for cotton fiber and polyester fibers were taken as the test indexes.The influences of molecular structure and usage amount of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether on the adhesion property and sized film property of blended size were discussed.The test results showed that the adhesion properties of blended sizing on cotton fibers and polyester fibers were both ideal when the ethylene oxide amount of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether was nine and the additive amount was 1%.In addition,the combination property of sized film was better.It is considered that the usage of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is helpful to reduce the usage of PVA in starch PVA blended size.The usage of PVA can be reduced about 25%.
