【摘要】 探讨清梳设备的发展趋势。介绍了2016中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会中清梳设备的参展情况。分析了10家参展商参展梳棉机的主要特点和主要技术规格,并对参展梳棉设备的技术亮点进行了综合评述。认为:国产清梳设备整体制造质量进步明显;梳棉机宽幅化趋势已定,机幅分化,有待规范;梳棉机机架、锡林道夫筒体采用整体钢板焊接结构厂家增多,锡林抬高,加大分梳区已成趋势;梳棉机圈条器向更大容量方向发展;基于互联网平台的监控管理技术日渐成熟;稳定可靠、节能增效、先进智能是清梳联的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development trend for blowing-carding unit was discussed.The situation of blowing-carding unit in ITMA ASIA+CITME 2016 was introduced.The main properties and main technology specifications of ten exhibitors who showed carding machines were analyzed.The technology highlights for the equipment showed in the exhibition were reviewed.It is considered that the overall manufacture quality for domestic blowing-carding unit is obviously improved.The trend for wider width of carding machine is clear.The difference on the width of machine needs to be specified.The factory numbers using welded-steel plate construction for rack of carding machine and barrel of cylinder doff are increased overall.Lifting cylinder and enlarging carding area are the trend now.The coiler in carding machine are developing in the direction of more volume.The monitoring and management technology based on internet platform is gradually mature.The development direction for blowing-carding unit is stable,reliable,energy saving &efficiency increasing and advanced intelligence.更多还原
