深海多金属硫化物浮选尾矿氨浸工艺研究
Research on Ammonia Leaching of Polymetallic Sulfide Flotation Tailings
【摘要】 针对中国大洋多金属硫化物勘探合同区某一区域的多金属硫化物浮选尾矿开展氨浸工艺研究,对有价金属进行选择性提取回收,查明了影响主要金属回收的因素,确定主要参数。当总氨浓度达到2.0mol/L,液固比(4~6)1,浸出温度25~50℃,添加剂用量1%时,浮选尾矿中的铜浸出率可达到85%以上,镁浸出率低于2%。
【Abstract】 Ammonia leaching process for polymetallic sulfide flotation tailings from the contract areas of COMRA was carried out to recover valuable metals.Influencing factors on metal recovery were investigated and main parameters were determined.Leaching rate of copper is 85%above and leaching rate of magnesium is 5% below under the optimum conditions including initial ammonia concentration of2mol/L,L/S of(4~6)1,temperature of 25~50 ℃,and additive dosage of 1%.
