【摘要】 大型汽轮机再热管道上广泛采用了旋启逆止式的再热主汽门。这种阀门的阀杆轴向密封采用的是容易外漏且使用寿命短的球面金属硬密封结构。内蒙古达拉特发电厂#7机组汽轮机旋启逆止式再热主汽门阀杆轴向密封采用保留金属硬密封并在外侧加装填料密封的方法彻底解决了阀门外漏的问题,经实际生产证实,改造后的阀杆轴向密封效果良好;由于内侧的金属硬密封可以对填料密封形成有效的隔离保护,大大增加了填料密封的可靠性及使用寿命。

【Abstract】 The reheat pipeline of large steam turbine widely use reheat stop valve in the swing check type. The axial sealing used on this valve stem is easy to leak and short service life for the use of spherical metal hard sealing structure. The Inner Mongolia Dalate power plant #7 unit turbine swing check type reheat stop valve the method retains the axial seal metal seal and add the packing seal on the outside of the valve Leakage has been completely solved. It has been confirmed that the sealing is effective after transformation of stem axial density. The inner side of the metal seal can provide isolation protection effectively on the packing seal, and greatly increase the reliability and service life of the packing seal.
