车门焊缝疲劳寿命问题研究
Research on Weld Fatigue Life of the Door of a Car
【摘要】 针对某自主品牌汽车车门早期开裂问题,研究车门焊缝疲劳寿命的影响因素。重点对焊接结构疲劳寿命的影响因素中的焊接方式(人工焊接或机器人焊接)、焊接方法(CO2焊接碳钢焊丝或CMT焊接硅青铜焊丝)和焊缝长度(12 mm或20 mm)进行研究。为了解车门特定部位在"开-闭"循环过程中的应变特性,对实物车门在疲劳耐久性实验中焊缝位置的周边进行了动态应变测试分析。最后结合现场检测,疲劳耐久性试验和理论分析结果,得出提高车门焊缝疲劳寿命的方案。
【Abstract】 Based on an independent brand automobile door’s early cracking problems, this paper study the factors that influencing the door of the weld fatigue strength. Because of many factors that affect the fatigue life of welded structure, this paper focuses on three factors, including welding way(manual welding or robot welding), welding method(CO2 welding of carbon steel wire or CMT welding of silicon bronze wire) and the weld length(12 mm or 20 mm). In order to understand the specified in certain parts of the door, it is "on-off" in the process of circulation strain characteristics of the physical doors around the weld position in fatigue durability experiments to analyze the dynamic strain testing. Finally, combining with field and fatigue durability test and theoretical analysis, put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions to improve the fatigue life of welding seam door.
