【摘要】 研究了环保防潮阻燃纤维板的生产技术与设备。研究结果表明:以三聚氰胺和ZQZHJ-05助剂对尿醛树脂胶进行改性,并在纤维板生产过程中通过专门研制的投料装置向纤维中添加适量的纳米微胶囊防水剂和粉末阻燃剂,可使纤维板同时获得良好的防水性能和阻燃性能。采用上述技术及设备制造环保防潮阻燃纤维板,具有较好的工艺性和实用性,不但技术可靠,而且方法简单,容易实施,经济效益好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, manufacturing technology and equipment of environmental, moistureproof and flame-retardant fiberboard was studied.The result shows the fiberboard obtain the good waterproof and flame-retardant property with melamine and ZQZHJ-05 additives to modification of urine aldehyde resin adhesive, and in the process of fiberboard production adding nano microcapsules waterproofing agent and powder flame retardants to fiberbya by feeding device specially. Using the above technology and equipment to manufacture environmental, moistureproof and flame-retardant fiberboard has such advantages as good manufacturability and practicability, and not only the technology is reliable, but also the method is simple and easy to implement with better economic benefit.更多还原
