【摘要】 回顾性分析2012-2016年确诊的10例肿胀性红斑狼疮患者的临床资料,10例患者均为多发性皮损,累及面、颈、胸背部和上肢,表现为红色荨麻疹样丘疹或斑块,表面光滑,其中6例有光敏感。组织病理:真皮浅层及深层血管周围以淋巴细胞为主的浸润,胶原束间可见黏蛋白沉积,7例有轻度表皮改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical and pathological features of 10 patients with LET were analyzed retrospectively. All of the 10 patients presented with urticaria-like papules or plaques with a smooth surface spread over the face,neck,chest,back and upper extremities. Six patients were photosensitive. Histopathological examination revealed lymphocytic infiltration around the vessel and mucin deposition between the collagen bundles. Mild changes of epidermis were seen in 7 cases.更多还原
