【摘要】 目的探讨P16^INK4a和Ki67在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）组织中阳性表达的意义及病理诊断价值。方法选取经病理诊断为CIN的宫颈组织石蜡包埋标本62例,其中CINⅠ级22例,CINⅡ级18例,CINⅢ级22例,采用SP法分别进行P16^INK4a和Ki67的免疫组化染色并检测其表达。结果 P16^INK4a和Ki67在CINⅠ^Ⅲ级组织中的阳性表达率均逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）,P16^INK4a,Ki67的阳性表达率与CIN病变级别呈正相关（r₁=0.658,r₂=0.604,P<0.01）。结论 P16^INK4a和Ki67可以作为CIN分级诊断的辅助指标,有利于提高诊断的准确性和一致性,为临床合理治疗提供有效信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance and role about positive expression of P16^INK4a and Ki67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）.Methods Sixty-two cases of cervical tissues embedded in paraffin that the pathological diagnosis was CIN were selected,which consisted of 22 CINⅠ,18 CINⅡ,22 CINⅢ.Immunohistochemical staining for P16^INK4a and Ki67 were performed on all tissues to detect their expressions.Results The positive expression rates of P16^INK4a,Ki67 were gradually increased with the grading CIN,and expressions of P16^INK4a and ki67 were both positively correlated with the grade of CIN lesion.Conclusion P16^INK4a and Ki67 can be used as auxiliary markers in supporting the diagnosis of grade of CIN lesion.Immunohistochemical staining for P16^INK4a and Ki67 can improve the accuracy and consistency of the diagnosis,and provide effective information for clinical treatment and prognosis.更多还原
