【摘要】 目的观察重叠综合征心肺复苏后动脉血气的演变及应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗后吸气压(IPAP)的变化。方法观察组为重叠综合征心肺复苏后的患者40例,对照组为慢性阻塞性肺病心肺复苏后的患者40例,观察两组患者动脉血气变化以及应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗后IPAP的变化。结果治疗组动脉血氧分压低于对照组(P<0.05),而二氧化碳分压则明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组需要的IPAP高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 BiPAP呼吸机是治疗重叠综合征的正确方法,早期应用BiPAP呼吸机能显著延长患者寿命,改善患者缺氧症状,从而减少猝死的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the evolution of overlap syndrome after cardiopulmonary resuscitation on arterial blood gas and the change after BiPAP in treatment on IPAP.Methods Forty cases patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation with overlap syndrome in treatment group,40 cases patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation with COPD in contrast group.To study the evolution of the patients on two groups after cardiopulmonary resuscitation on arterial blood gas and the change after BiPAP in treatment on IPAP.Results The treatment group was lower than that of control group on arterial partial pressure of oxygen(P<0.05),and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the IPAP of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP ventilator is correct treatment of overlap syndrome,early application of BiPAP could significantly prolong the life of patients with ventilator,improve the symptoms of hypoxia patients,so as to reduce the incidence of sudden death.更多还原
