【摘要】 集资诈骗犯罪是近些年来我国呈高发态势的一种犯罪,其发生有深层社会诱因,经济领域中的不平等融资权推动了社会集资行为的日益盛行,而社会投资渠道的异常逼仄与阻滞也变相催生了集资场合中的被害人自冒风险行为。被害人自冒风险理论实质是风险社会的刑法回应,其对于特定类型犯罪即集资诈骗罪具有较好的诠释性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The crime of fraud in financing in recent years in our country showed a high trend of a kind of crime,it has its deep social causes,not equal right of financing in the economy to promote the social fund-raising behavior becomes more and more popular,and the social investment channels unusually cramped and block also disguised spawned fund-raising occasions in the victim from risk behavior.
