【Abstract】 Pension indexation mechanism has great influences on the financial sustainability and intergeneration justice of the system. In the reform process of mature pay-as-you-go pension system,the reform of the pension indexation methods is becoming more and more important. The article has divided the pension adjustment development into four stages,including the establishment stage,the rapid development stage,the stagnation stage and the new improvement stage. Based on this,it analyzes the different types and the function of automatic adjustment mechanism,and then summarizes the development characteristics of pension adjustment mechanism,which help to provide some reference for Chinese pension adjustment mechanism.更多还原
