【摘要】 目的 :观察针刺手法联合电针治疗直肠癌术后排尿功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 :将76例直肠癌术后出现排尿困难的患者随机分为两组。以针刺后连接电针治疗仪为电针组(n=38),以口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊为药物组(n=38)。治疗3 d后拔出尿管,观察两组患者排尿功能(首次排尿时间、排尿时长、排尿量、残余尿量)及膀胱功能。结果 :(1)两组患者治疗后,电针组在排尿功能和膀胱功能评分上显著优于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。(2)两组患者治疗后临床疗效比较,电针组与西药组差异明显,尤其在治愈率上显著优于西药组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :针刺手法联合电针能够有效的改善直肠癌术后患者整体的排尿功能及膀胱功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture manipulation combined with electroacupuncture for urinary dysfunction after rectal cancer surgery. Methods :76 patients with urinary dysfunction after rectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group(n=38) treating with electroacupuncture therapy device after acupuncture and drug group(n=38)treating with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules orally. After 3 days of treatment,the catheters were removed and the urination functions(the first micturition time,urination duration,urination volume,residual urine volume)and bladder function of patients in the two groups were observed. Results :After treatment,the scores of urination functions and bladder function of the electroacupuncture group were significantly better than the drug group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01). The clinical efficacy of the two groups were distinctly different,especially the curative ratio of electroacupuncture group was remarkably better than the drug group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion :Acupuncture manipulation combined with electroacupuncture can effectively improve the urinary function and bladder function in postoperative patients with rectal cancer.更多还原
