【Abstract】 A complete and exact understanding of the "Four Forms"is a basic premise for all areas and departments to fully implement the supervision and execution of disciplines in the "Four Forms"completely and accurately. Viewed from a system theory perspective, the "four forms"of supervision and execution of disciplines is an interrelated whole, which should be understood from such three layers: the internal logic of each form of the "Four Forms", the interrelationship between the"Four Forms", and the internal unity of "Four Forms"and strict and comprehensive administration of the Party.
