【Abstract】 Government transformation is a necessary course for modern government. Since the Reform and Opening Up,the academic discussion of government transformation has never stopped. The aspects of government transformation, the motive of government transformation, the relationship between government transformation and the transformation of government functions, the relationship between government and society, the transformation of local government and the future trend of government transformation have been fully analyzed.
