利用电导率法测定7个品种(系)榛子枝条的抗寒性

【摘要】 以7个品种(系)榛子的1年生枝条为试验材料,利用电导率法对其在不同自然温度下的电解质渗出率的变化情况进行测定。结果显示,在不同自然低温条件下,电解质的渗出率随着温度的不断降低而升高,同时电解质渗出率随着温度的降低而呈现显著及极显著差异水平。由此推测,7个榛子品种(系)的抗寒性强弱顺序为:84-254>82-11>82-4>B-11>82-15>84-237>84-226。

【Abstract】 One-year-old branch of seven varieties(series) hazelnut were studied in this paper. The change of the electrolyte leakage rate of different natural low temperature were determined with electrical conductivity method.The results showed that under the condition of different natural low temperature, the vtissue relative electrolyte leakage increased obviously with temperature dercreased.At the same time,there was presented significant level and extremely significant difference between electrolyte leakage rate and comparisons with temperature dercreased.Thus it could inferred that the order of cold resistance was84-254>82-11>82-4>B-11>82-15>84-237>84-226.
