【摘要】 通过涉及野生动物及其制品的司法鉴定实践,提出对野生动物及其制品案值鉴定/评估中存在问题与思考,一些深层次问题,通过补齐配套法规、政策依据的短板,使政府部门的政策性文件和地方法规得到及时调整、更新,逐步完善森林公安执法活动和鉴定机构涉案野生动物及其制品的案值鉴定/评估的法理和政策依据。提高办案效率,打击违法犯罪,促进生态文明建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the judicial appraisal practice of wildlife and its products, this paper puts forward to problems and thinking on the value appraisal/evaluation of wild animals and products. For some deep-seated problems, through polishing and completing a set of laws and regulations and policy basis, the policy documents and local laws and regulations of government departments can be timely adjusted and updated. So it will gradually supply perfectlegal and policy evidence for the value appraisal/evaluation of the wild animals and products, improve the efficiency of handling cases, crack down on illegal crimes and promote the construction of ecological civilization.更多还原
