【摘要】 集体林权制度改革全面推进,极大地调动了新型林业经营主体的生产积极性,同时相应地要求建立健全和完善相应的社会化服务体系。文章从新型林业经营主体对社会化服务需求着眼,分析了林农在林业政策法规、金融保险、林权抵押贷款及林业科技等方面具体服务需求和现实的差距,有针对性地提出了新型林业社会化服务体系完善的对策,并对林业社会化服务体系未来发展空间做了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pressing ahead with the reform of collective forest tenure, foresters’ enthusiasm is greatly mobilized.Meanwhile, a sound and perfect social service system is needed. This paper analyzed foresters’ demands to realistic situation on forestry policy and regulations, financial Insurance, forest right mortgage loan as well as forest science and technology. Then proposed directed policy recommendations for forestry social service system and made a preliminary outlook of forestry social service system on the future development space.更多还原
