水泥联合粉磨稳流仓料位的典型工况模板划分
Division of Typical Working Condition Templates For Fill Level in Weighing Warehouse of Combined Cement Grinding
【摘要】 为便于分析具有非线性、多变量的水泥联合粉磨稳流仓料位的变化范围,提出了一种稳流仓工况辨识方法。在水泥联合粉磨辊压机预粉磨环节工艺及机理分析基础上,结合现场采集数据,借助MATLAB,给出各相关变量间三维曲线图,据此确定相关变量与稳流仓料位的隶属关系,给出了工况模板。仿真验证了所提工况模板的有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the range change of fill level in weighing warehouse of combined grinding system,which is nonlinear and multi-variable,this paper proposes a method to identify the working condition of weighing warehouse. The approach is based on the pre-grinding technology and mechanism of cement combined grinding roller and the collected date from the field. The three-dimensional curves of the relevant variables are drawn up by using MATLAB and the relationship between fill level of weighing warehouse and related variables is confirmed. Finally,the working condition templates is obtained. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed templates.
