印刷质量的自动分析与校正——一种印刷生产标准化控制工具
Automatic Analysis and Correction of Printing Quality——A Control Tool of Printing Production Standardization
【摘要】 实施印刷生产过程标准化对提高质量和效率有重要意义,但校正过程繁琐,对技术要求高,是制约标准化推广的瓶颈。本产品设计了印刷测试图和控制条,利用扫描式检测快速获取光谱信息,结合标准化生产的参数指标,利用软件进行计算和分析,能自动给出印刷机状态分析、印刷质量评价信息,以及实现标准化生产所需要的最佳控制密度和网点扩大补偿信息等,大幅提高检测效率,降低技术要求,具有良好的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Standarding the printing production process is significant to the improvement of the quality and efficiency, while the calibration process which is cumbersome and requires high technology restrains the popularization of the standardization. The design of the printed test chart and control strip assists scanning detection to obtain spectral information quickly which are utilized for software to calculate and analyze with the standardization of production parameters. The product can automatically give the press state analysis and printing quality evaluation information and meet the standardized production requirements, such as the optimal control density, dot area expansion compensation and so on, which enormously improves the detection efficiency and reduces the technical requirements. Therefore, the product has good application value.
