S公司GM产品混流装配线的组织设计

【摘要】 现阶段,S公司GM产品仅在装配台进行作业已经不能满足市场的需求,亟待设计一条装配线以提高产能。文章首先对产品进行分类,将工艺步骤最多、产品销量最高的产品分类出来,选择组织设计一条混流装配线,并择取代表产品进行研究;其次对代表产品运用模特分析、优先关系图以及分支定界法等方法制定标准工时、整合工艺步骤、划分工序等,使各工位的作业时间达到最理想状态;运用生产比倒数法进行排产;最后对装配线进行平面布局设计。

【Abstract】 At this stage, S company GM products only in the assembly station operations can not meet the needs of the market, the urgent need to design an assembly line to improve production capacity. First of all, the use of process path analysis and product quantity analysis will be the most technological steps, product sales of the highest product classification, select the organization design a mixed flow assembly line, and select the product on behalf of the study. Secondly,the standard working hours, the integration process steps and the division process are carried out on the representative products, such as the model analysis and the priority relation diagram and the branch and delimitation, so that the working time of each station can reach the ideal state. And then use the production than the reciprocal method for scheduling, given the method of reference. Assembly line on the gear box of the balance rate of 83%, the motor balance rate of 90%. Improve assembly efficiency.
