【摘要】 文章以共享经济在航运业的应用为着眼点,介绍新型的集装箱拼箱业务互联网平台,并针对此平台分析其主要的业务模式及双边市场特性。利用双边市场理论,在平台利润最大化的目标下,建立经济学模型,讨论对平台的服务需求端分别采取会员费制、交易费制、两部收费制时平台的最优定价策略组合、激励双边用户接入平台的数量及对应的平台利润。研究发现在基础模型下三种定价策略在平台利润和双边用户激励方面在理论上并无明显区别,结合实际得出管理启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Motivated by the recent boom of the sharing economy, this paper presents a new container LCL Internet platform in the shipping business which is also an application of sharing economy. Through the analysis of the paltform’s two-sided markets characteristics and the establishment of profit models,this article studies the pricing strategy of the LCL platform under the three charging models, membership-based pricing,transaction-based pricing, and cross subsidization. It is concluded that no obvious difference is shown among this three pricing strategy in the platform profit, based on which we offer some management suggestion to the LCL platform.更多还原
