【摘要】 物流业快速发展,物流人才需求急剧增加,物流职业教育迎来了历史性发展机遇。然而职业院校物流专业大多开设时间短,普遍存在实训资源不足,教师实践指导能力弱,学生实训操作少等问题,影响了物流专业学生职业技能的培养和提升。为应对这些问题,职业院校可基于职教集团平台,与成员单位开展合作,共同建设"公共实训中心"、"厂中校"等实训基地,组建"双师双能、校企互通"的师资队伍,优化以"对接岗位,突出技能"为特色的实训项目,丰富物流实训资源,提升人才培养水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the logistics industry,the rapid increase in the demand for logistics personnel,logistics vocational education ushered in a historic opportunity period.In fact,themost of the logistics professional vocational colleges are open for a short term,lack of training resources,teachers’ ability of practice and training the students are weak,fewstudents’ training operations and other issues,thoseimpact cultivation and promotion of logistics major students onoccupied skill.To addressproblems,vocational colleges can rely on platform of vocational education and cooperated with the members of unit,through the improvement of the "public training center" and "factories into school" training foundations,to build the team of teachers who are "professional andvocational,and university-industry cooperation",to optimize "docking positions,and outstanding skills" as characteristictraining project,in order tocorporate development and utilization of logistics resources,to improve the level of training of logistics personnel.更多还原
