【Abstract】 The supply of daily necessities market risk management system is not only directly related to the safety of the urban life and social stability, but also an important public welfare function of government to safeguard the livelihood of the people. In recent years, due to various factors caused by frequent fluctuations in market supply and demand of daily necessities abnormal price movements, ect., caused great inconvenience to residents and left behind potential dangers for normal market system. So establishing a sound risk management system market supply of daily necessities has an important practical significance. The paper summarizes the achievements of predecessors from the production, distribution, wholesale and retail sectors to discuss the sources of necessities market risk. Through developing the necessary control measures besides risk control, risk warning, emergency response and risk communication under the risk which is based on the identification of risk to provide a feasible reference for regulating the market order of necessities and establishing a sound risk management system.更多还原
