飞机地面转向系统合理的驱动与传动方式的探讨
Research and Development of the Aircraft Ground Steering Technology
【摘要】 飞机地面转向系统工作的可靠性与技术的先进性对飞机来讲是至关重要的,开展飞机地面转向系统合理的驱动与传动方式的探讨具有重要的意义。对差动转向、前轮转向和主起落架辅助转向系统进行了介绍,分析了机械、液压和电力驱动的优缺点,说明了齿轮齿条、蜗轮蜗杆、双滑块、双作动器和行星减速器等传动机构在转向系统中的工作原理和过程。结合实例论证了集成化伺服电机直驱将成为未来主要的驱动和传动方式,同时指出了精确、稳定的智能控制是飞机地面转向系统未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The reliability and the advancement of ground steering systems are of vital importance for aircrafts. In this paper, differential steering, nose-wheel steering and main landing gear steering systems are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of different driving methods are analyzed together with different transmission mechanisms. The conclusion that integrated servo motor will be the main driving method in the future is drawn. It is also pointed out that the precise and stable control supported by artificial intelligence is the future direction of ground steering system.
