【Abstract】 The industry-university-research cooperation,a crucial form in the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,in essence,is knowledge extension and innovation of all parties.Knowledge conversion is the basis of knowledge management in cooperation and the platform of knowledge transfer and sharing. Knowledge conversion embraces the following four stages:socialization,externalization,internalization and combination. Starting from the study on the fundamental analysis of the procedures in industry-university-research knowledge activities,the analysis of the knowledge conversion mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation deepens the understanding on the industry-university-research knowledge behavior and provides favorable conditions for the management and research of industry-university-research knowledge.更多还原
