【摘要】 高校共建服务型党组织的一个主要目标是实现共建双方的融合发展,构建高校服务型党组织建设融合共建发展工作机制刻不容缓。文章在分析目前高校服务型党组织建设中存在的问题基础上,从机制角度进行了原因分析,通过实践探索提出了构建融合发展目标,共建师生混合发展绩效机制;融合组织建设,共建校地结对帮扶组织机制;融合多方优势,共建服务平台共育管理机制;融合思想交流,共建服务信息共通互联机制;融合服务内容,共建立体共生发展运行机制;融合发展需求,共建组织利益共享合作机制的融合共建工作机制体系,实现高校服务型党组组融合程度的加深、融合能力的提高、融合特色的形成和融合绩效的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of major aims of co-constructing ser vice-oriented Party organizations in higher education institutions(HEIs)is to achieve fusion development of both sides.Building working mechanisms of fused co-construction and development for constructing HEIs service-oriented Party organizations admits of no delay.On the basis of analyzing problems existed in HEIs co-construction at present,this article makes an analysis of the reasons from the perspective of mechanisms,presenting the objective-to foster integrated development,and co-build the performance mechanism for mixed development of teachers and students;integrating other organizations’ construction to co-build the organizational mechanism for pairing support of HEIs and local educational governments;absorbing HEIS advantages to establish the mechanism for co-culturing and managing service platform;consolidating message communication to co-build the mechanism for Party spirit improving and ideology guiding;integrating service content to co-build three-dimensional symbiosis development mechanism;coalescing common development demands to co-build the system for establishing the corporation framework for sharing organizations’ benefit;integrating service oriented Party group in HEIs to realize the integration ability,the formation of integration characteristics and the promotion of performance improvement.更多还原
