【Abstract】 Continuous attention and use is one of the key factors for the We Chat platform of library. Integrating Task-Technology Fit Theory and Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance(ECM-ISC),this article puts forward a theoretical model of continuance willingness to use the We Chat platform of the library. The empirical analysis results show that Task-Technology Fit impacts the user perceived usefulness and satisfaction positively, and the former together with the user perceived ease of use and satisfaction significantly affect the users’ continuance willingness.更多还原
