【摘要】 目的:观察不同剂量的胡椒碱对C57BL/6小鼠胆固醇结石形成的影响。方法:将C57BL/6小鼠70只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、胡椒碱20 mg·kg^-1剂量组、胡椒碱40 mg·kg^-1剂量组、胡椒碱60 mg·kg^-1剂量组、胡椒碱90 mg·kg^-1剂量组、胡椒碱120 mg·kg^-1剂量组7组。应用全自动生化分析仪测血清中的总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）的含量。结果:与空白对照组（2.4740±0.2884）比较,模型组（3.3420±0.2266）小鼠总胆固醇含量明显升高,与模型组（3.3420±0.2266）比较,胡椒碱20 mg·kg^-1剂量组（2.6509±0.4458）、胡椒碱40 mg·kg^-1剂量组（2.4090±0.5843）小鼠总胆固醇含量明显降低;与模型组（0.9010±0.1694）比较,胡椒碱20 mg·kg^-1剂量组（1.3358±0.5908）、胡椒碱40 mg·kg^-1剂量组（1.7409±0.5797）小鼠甘油三酯含量明显升高,胡椒碱120 mg·kg^-1剂量组（0.6530±0.1578）小鼠甘油三酯含量明显降低。结论:胡椒碱抑制C57BL/6小鼠胆固醇结石的形成与胡椒碱的剂量相关,胡椒碱剂量为40 mg·kg^-1时,抑制小鼠胆固醇结石的作用最强。但是胡椒碱剂量为120 mg·kg^-1可明显促进小鼠体内甘油三酯的代谢,并具有减轻体重的作用趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of different doses of pepper on cholesterol gallstone formation in C57BL/6 mice.Methods:Seventy C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into seven groups:blank control group,model group,piperine 20 mg·kg^-1dose group,piperine 40 mg·kg^-1dose group,piperine 60 mg·kg^-1 dose group,piperine 90 mg·kg^-1 dose group and piperine 120 mg·kg^-1dose group.Total cholesterol（TC） and triglyceride（TG） in serum were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:Compared with the blank control group’s（2.4740±0.2884）,model group’s total cholesterol content（3.3420 ±0.2266） increased significantly.Compared with the model group’s（3.3420±0.2266）,piperine 20 mg·kg^-1 dose group’s total cholesterol content（2.6509±0.4458）,piperine 40 mg·kg^-1 dose group’s（2.4090±0.5843） decreased significantly and compared with model group’s（0.9010±0.1694）,piperine 20 mg·kg^-1dose group’s triglyceride content（1.3358±0.5908） and piperine 40 mg·kg^-1 dose group’s（1.7409±0.5797） increased significantly.Piperine 120 mg·kg^-1dose group’s triglyceride content（0.6530±0.1578） in mice decreased significantly.Conclusion:The formation of cholesterol gallstone formation in C57BL/6 mice was related to the dose of piperine and the effect of 40 mg·kg^-1 was the best.But the dose of 120 mg·kg^-1 can significantly promote the metabolism of triglyceride in mice and has a tendency to reduce body weight.更多还原
