女贞子酒蒸前后3种质变与量变化合物的大鼠在体胃肠吸收比较
Comparison of Three Kinds of Characteristic Compounds of Ligubtrumlucidum A in Rats’ Gastrointestinal Absorption Before and After Steaming with Wine
【摘要】 目的:比较女贞子酒蒸前后3种质变与量变特征化合物(女贞次苷、oleopolynuzhenide A、红景天苷)的大鼠在体胃肠吸收差异。方法:用大鼠在体胃肠灌流模型,HPLC法测定给药后不同时间点大鼠胃和小肠灌注流出液中各化合物的质量浓度,比较三者在大鼠胃和小肠的吸收差异。结果:大鼠胃和小肠中的吸收速率常数和4 h累计吸收率顺序为:红景天苷>女贞次苷>oleopolynuzhenide A。结论:红景天苷较女贞次苷与oleopolynuzhenide A更利于机体吸收。研究结果为阐明女贞子酒蒸增效机理提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the difference among three kinds of characteristic compounds of Ligustrumlucidum Ait( 1-O-β-D-glucosylformoside,oleopolynuzhenide A,salidroside) in rats’ gastrointestinal absorption before and after steaming with wine. Methods: Rats in vivo with gastrointestinal perfusion model were used. The concentration of these characteristic compounds in the fluid of gastrointestinal perfusion of rats were measured by HPLC at different time points after administrating to compare the difference among them in rats’ stomach and small intestine absorption. Results: The sequencing of the Ka and 4 h cumulative absorption in rats’ stomach and small intestine was salidroside > 1-O-β-D-glucosylformoside > oleopolynuzhenide A. Conclusion: The salidroside is more conducive to be absorbed by the body compared with1-O-β-D-glucosylformoside and oleopolynuzhenide A. Research result provides a scientific basis for the mechanism of increasing efficiency of Ligustrumlucidum Ait steamed with wine.
