【摘要】 目的探讨加味活血消肿汤对半月板损伤(MI)患者行关节镜下半月板成形缝合术后VAS评分及膝关节功能的影响。方法选取濮阳市中医医院96例MI患者,随机数字表法分组,各48例。两组均行关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗,对照组给予常规护理及功能锻炼,治疗组于对照组基础上予以加味活血消肿汤治疗。统计对比两组膝关节疼痛程度评分(VAS)及膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)。结果治疗14d后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,且Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行关节镜下半月板成形缝合术的MI患者予以加味活血消肿汤治疗,可减轻患者疼痛感,能促进患者关节功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction on postoperative VAS score and knee joint function in patients with meniscus injury(MI)who underwent arthroscopic meniscus suture.Methods 96 patients with MI in Puyang traditional Chinese medicine hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group 48 cases.Both groups underwent arthroscopic meniscus suture treatment,and the control group was given routine nursing and functional exercise,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.Knee pain score(VAS)and knee function score(Lysholm)were statistically compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Lysholm score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with MI who underwent arthroscopic meniscus suture using Jiawei Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction can relieve the pain of patients and promote the recovery of joint function.更多还原
