【摘要】 目的通过调查我院护士静脉采血现状,分析原因并采取相应对策,以提高我院护士静脉采血合格率。方法通过自制静脉采血调查表对全院护士进行调查分析,从护士的工作时间、层级、学历、职称、部门、是否已经参加静脉采血培训等几个方面分类进行统计分析,针对结果进行原因分析并提出相应的护理对策。结果护士对静脉采血知识的掌握率普遍偏低,部分不知道我院有标准化静脉采血流程,不知道发生针刺伤后如何处理;在告知患者需要空腹的抽血项目上得分最高;在进针角度、松止血带时机、多少公分进针、患者采血困难及佩戴手套、采血指导患者按压方法及时间的共识上整体得分偏低;护士静脉采血得分与学历、职称、部门之间关系不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);工作6~10年、N2层级、本科学历,参加静脉采血知识培训的护士得分相对较高,与其他护士相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但仍需要加强培训及学习。结论护士缺乏完整的静脉采血相关知识,护理管理者及检验科在静脉采血基础知识的继续教育培训上有待加强,护士自身亦应主动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of venous blood collection of nurses in our hospital. Methods The investigation was carried out through a self-made questionnaire of venous blood collection,which associating with working time,knowledge level,degree,title,department,training or not. Results The knowledge of venous blood sampling was generally low,and some were insensible of the standardized venous blood flow,and unaware of how to deal with needle stick injuries. The highest score was obtained in informing patients of fasting blood project. The overall score was low on the angle of needle insertion,the loosing time of tourniquet,the length of pins entering,the difficulty of blood collection,and the consensus of wearing gloves,the method and time of blood collection to instruct the patient to press. There was not relationship between the scores of blood collection and the nurse education,professional title,department(all P values >0.05). However,the nurses with longer job time(6 to 10 years),N2 level,bachelor degree and the trained nurses had higher scores than the other nurses(all P values <0.05). Conclusion In our study,the nurses lacked of knowledge of the complete collection of venous blood,nursing management and inspection department in the basic knowledge of venous blood collection,continuing education and training should be strengthened,meanwhile,nurses should take the initiative to learn new knowledge and new technology.更多还原
