女子公开级赛艇运动员生理机能变化规律及训练效果分析

【摘要】 目的:以7名女子赛艇运动员为研究对象,观察分析冬训期间生化指标的变化,并应用赛艇测功仪实时分析训练效果,为完善赛艇科学训练提供参考。方法:在训练周期内,定期测定Hb、BU、CK、T并分析它们的变化与训练量的关系和应用赛艇测功仪进行2000m测试及观察运动后3min血乳酸恢复情况,并及时评价训练效果。结果:在冬训期间,Hb浓度呈周期性变化,BU平均浓度维持平稳,血清CK值整体呈上升趋势,并与日平均训练量显著相关(P<0.01);其中CK相关性较高,T值基本呈下降趋势,与运动量不相关(P>0.05);运动员2000m测功仪平均成绩不断提高,运动后3min的血乳酸恢复也较好;其中运动员后两次的2000m测功仪成绩测试及血乳酸浓度与冬训初期相比差异显著,两者呈高度负相关(r=-0.842,P<0.01)。结论:在赛艇训练中,BU、CK是评价负荷的较敏感指标,可用2000m测功仪成绩及运动后血乳酸浓度对训练进行有效的阶段性分析。

【Abstract】 Objective:7 women rowing athletes are studied in the paper, the article aim is to observe andanalyze biochemical indexes during the winter(Hb, BU, CK and T)changes and the application of realtimeanalysis of rowing ergometer training effect, to provide some reference in the training period. Method: duringthe training cycle, the article determines regular measurement of Hb, BU, CK, T and analyzes the relationshipbetween the change and the amount of training and their application in rowing training effect evaluation of3 min blood lactic acid recovery 2000 m test and observe the movement of dynamometer and timely evaluatesthe training effect. Result: during the winter training, Hb concentration changes periodically, the averageconcentration of BU remains stable, serum CK the value of the overall upward trend, and significantly correlatswith the average daily training volume(P<0.01), the CK high correlation, the average T value decrease, notassociate with the amount of exercise(P>0.05); athletes 2000 m dynamometer average score increasedcontinuously, 3 MI after exercise Blood lactate N recovery is also good, the athletes after two 2000 m ergometertest and blood lactate concentration and early winter compared with significant difference(P<0.05), which ishighly negatively correlate(r=0.842, P<0.01). Conclusion: during the rowing training, BU. CK is a sensitiveindex to evaluate the load, available 2000 m dynamometer results and post exercise blood lactic acidconcentration on the training analysis stage effectively.
