【摘要】 我国在探索金融混业经营的同时,极有必要加强金融控股集团风险传染与防控问题的研究。首先,分析了金融控股集团风险传染的机理、金融控股集团的风险源及可能形成的金融风险;然后,对金融控股集团风险传染的一般渠道进行了系统归纳;最后,论证了金融控股集团风险传染的防控,应从金融控股集团的内部和外部两个层面采取相应措施,即微观层面上的内部防范和宏观层面上的金融监管政策防范,以此预防和控制潜在的金融风险传染。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the same time of Chinese exploration of financial mixed operation,it is necessary to strengthen the study of financial holding group risk infection and prevention and control.First,it analyzes the mechanism of risk infection of financial holding group,the risk source of financial holding group and the possible financial risks.Then,it summarizes the general channel of risk of financial holding group.Finally,it proves the risk control of financial holding group.The prevention and control of the financial holding group should take appropriate measures from the internal and external levels of the financial holding group,namely,the internal prevention at the micro level and the financial supervision policy at the macro level so as to prevent and control the potential financial risk transmission.更多还原
