稻壳生物质能源颗粒生产工艺
Biomass pellet proroduction process with rice huskduction
【摘要】 文章以稻壳作为生产原料,利用环模成型设备制备生物质能源颗粒,通过单因素试验对不同原料粒度、含水率和环模压缩比对稻壳颗粒的成型率和密度进行研究。结果表明:原料粒度对颗粒成品的成型率和密度没有显著影响,原料含水率和环模压缩比对成型率和密度影响显著。同时采用正交试验设计得出稻壳生物质能源颗粒的最优化生产工艺为:原料含水率12%、环模压缩比1:5.5、原料粒度≤7 mm。
【Abstract】 In this article,rice husk was taken as raw material,and biomass pellet was produced by briquetting machine.Briquetting rate and density were researched by single-factor test of particle size of raw material,moisture content,and ring die compression ratio. Results indicated that: particle size of raw material had no significant effects on briquetting rate and density of pellet finished products,but moisture content and ring die compression ratio had significant effects on briquetting rate and density of pellet finished products. Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal process: moisture content of raw material was 12%,ring die compression ratio was 1:5.5,and particle size of raw material was no more than 7 mm.
