辽东地区林下大叶芹粗蛋白和矿质元素含量的影响因素分析
Influencing factors on protein and mineral element contents of Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa in east Liaoning Province
【摘要】 在充分调查辽东地区大叶芹生长环境的基础上,研究不同立地条件和环境因子对大叶芹生长的影响,以期筛选出可获得高品质大叶芹的栽植模式。结果表明:林分类型和坡位对大叶芹粗蛋白含量的影响极显著;林下栽植的大叶芹粗蛋白含量略高于全光坡耕地上栽植的,人工林下栽植大叶芹的粗蛋白含量高于天然次生林下的;大叶芹矿质元素含量与林分类型和坡度的关系最大;大叶芹Ca、Mg、Fe含量受综合立地条件的影响比较大,其中坡度为15°~20°时,Ca,Mg元素含量最高;坡度为5°~10°时Fe元素含量高;Cu和Zn两种微量元素所受影响相对较小。
【Abstract】 Taking Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa as materials,the effects of different sites and environmental factors on the growth of Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa were studied in order to gain high quality planting pattern. The results showed:forest types,slope position had very significant influence on the total crude protein in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa. Total crude protein content in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa under canopy was higher than that planted in bare land. And total crude protein content in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa under artificial forest was higher than that under natural secondary forest. Content of mineral matter in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa was mostly affected by forest type and slop gradient. The content of Ca,Mg,Fe was mostly affected by the site conditions. The contents of Ca and Mg in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa were highest in slop gradient between 15 and20. The content of Fe in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa was highest in slop gradient between 5 and 10. The site conditions had a little effect on contents of Cu and Zn in Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa.
