【摘要】 目的比较腹部B超、阴道B超对异位妊娠的临床诊断价值。方法选取2013年7月-2015年6月我院收治的异位妊娠患者70例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组患者采用腹部B超进行诊断,观察组采用阴道B超进行诊断,对比两组的诊断效果。结果观察组患者的诊断率为94.28%,显著高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。结论阴道B超诊断异位妊娠的临床诊断价值显著,具有操作简单、受外界干扰少等诸多优点,在临床上值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was diagnosed by abdominal ultrasonography. The observation group was treated with transvaginal ultrasound. The diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The diagnostic rate was 94.28% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of vaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is significant, with simple operation, less interference by the outside world and many other advantages.
