【摘要】 以工程机械运用技术为例,针对"工业4.0"时代下工程机械行业对人才培养的需求,以能力发展为目标,调研了工程机械行业岗位、人才需求情况,从而确定了专业的典型工作任务;再对工作任务中的行动领域进行归纳,形成了职业能力模块。通过对知识和能力结构的分析,进而进行专业学习领域转换,确定专业学习领域内的课程,构建了工程机械运用技术专业课程体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With an example of engineering machinery application technology, in view of the demand for talent training of engineering machinery industry in Industry 4.0, and the goal of competency development, it investigates the post, talent demand and determines the typical task of the major. It summarizes the action area in the task, and forms professional competency module.
