【摘要】 班主任是中小学日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者,是贯彻落实立德树人的重要力量。基于对全国7463名教师、3032名班主任的问卷调查发现,五分之三的班主任并不情愿担此一职;班主任每天将一半左右的时间用于班主任工作,教学工作时间和其他科任教师基本相当,甚至略高;学生安全、心理、学习等问题加剧班主任工作压力;大部分班主任工作态度积极,但身体较疲劳。这种低意愿、重负担、高压力、强疲劳的工作状况,与班主任工作职责边界不清、无限扩展直接相关。改善班主任工作状况,须建立多主体协同合作机制,共同应对青少年成长的新挑战;提升班主任专业化水平,完善班主任工作的激励机制;推进法治社会建设,依法保护班主任的合法权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The class teachers are the main executors of daily ideological and moral education and student management in primary and secondary schools,and they are also important force of the establishment of moral values and the cultivation of people. Based on the questionnaire investigation of 7463 teachers and 3032 class teachers on a national scale,we have some findings. Firstly,3/5 of the class teachers are not willing to take on this position. Secondly,the class teachers have to spend about 4 hours on the student affairs,and their teaching hours are equivalent to the other teachers’,even slightly higher. Thirdly,the students’ safety,psychology,learning and other issues exacerbate the pressure of class teachers. Fourthly,most of the class teachers are positive,but more fatigued. The working conditions are related to the unclear responsibilities of class teachers. In order to improve the work conditions of class teachers,several recommendations are put forward,such as establishing an cooperational mechanism for multi-subjects to respond to the new challenges,improving the professional level of teachers and the incentive mechanism,promoting the construction of the rule of law society to protect the legitimate rights and interests of class teachers.更多还原
