【Abstract】 Currently,Chinese government is aiming to guide a number of local universities to transform into applied ones.The transformation and development of local medical colleges should be carried out under the guidance of the central and local policies,in order to serve the local health economic as well as social development,and also to cultivate the applied medical talents to meet the needs of the local people.As for the transformation and development of local medical colleges,some factors should be taken into consideration,which include the education authoritia,labour market,and the actual situation of college development and so on.At the same time,we should also overcome adverse factors like orientation convergence of running school,displines with mo characteristics and so on.更多还原
