【Abstract】 In the phase of popularization of higher education,in order to solve problems arising from inadequate supply and effective demands in higher education,it’s essential to reform its supply side and construct connotation so as to further optimize the structure,improve the quality and strengthen innovation. It is urged to seek philosophical foundation for the development of higher education and optimization of knowledge production from theoretical perspective,reconstruct higher education development pattern in terms of systems and management,and solve situation of inadequate supply existing in higher education from factors distribution,thereby settling issues related to structural imbalance and disequilibrium of supply and demand,and propelling sustainable and healthy development of higher education in respect to management system,operation mechanism and talent cultivation,etc,so that education of high quality can satisfy social requirements.更多还原
