环境风险评价研究进展

【摘要】 开展环境风险评价理论及量化方法研究,对于指导环境影响评价工作,保护人民群众财产和生命安全具有十分重要而迫切的现实意义。介绍了环境风险、风险评价等相关概念及分类,对比了国内外环境风险评价的发展过程及研究进展,论述了包括源项分析、环境后果分析、风险表征等在内的环境风险评价的阶段及流程。对模糊数学法、综合评价法等风险评价方法进行了对比分析,指出目前环境风险评价中存在的问题,并结合我国实际情况对环境风险评价发展趋势进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great practical and urgent significance to carry out the research on the environmental risk assessment theory and the quantitative method for guiding environmental impact assessment and protecting people’s property and life safety. The paper introduces some related concepts such as the environmental risk,risk assessment and the classification of environmental risk. Comparing the development process and research progress of environmental risk assessment,and discusses the stage and process of environmental risk assessment including source item analysis,environmental consequence analysis and the risk characterization. Also analyzes the risk assessment methods of fuzzy mathematics and comprehensive evaluation methods,points out the problems in environmental risk assessment,finally discusses the development trend of environmental risk assessment according to the actual situation in China.更多还原
