【摘要】 目的以62例老年性黄斑变性患者作为本次研究的对象,探究对其采用光学断层成像以及荧光素眼底造影两种检查方法的临床检查效果并进行分析。方法本研究选取62例2014年3月至2015年9月期间在我院进行治疗的老年性黄斑变性患者作为研究对象,共计患眼90只,分别对其采用光学断层成像以及荧光素眼底造影两种检查方法进行检查,并对比两种检查方法的检查结果以及所得图像特点。结果在老年性黄斑变性患者的各个类型中,光学断层成像与荧光素眼底造影两种检查方法对地图状萎缩型、脉络膜新生血管型以及玻璃疣型的检出结果存在显著差异,有统计学价值;但在视网膜上皮脱落型的检出比较上,两种检查方法差异不显著。光学断层成像技术对地图状萎缩型以及玻璃疣型的老年性黄斑变性具有较高的检出率,而荧光素眼底造影技术对脉络新生血管型老年性黄斑变性具有较高的检出率。结论对老年性黄斑变性患者进行临床检查时,要根据患者的疾病类型选择合适的检查方法。光学断层成像以及荧光素眼底造影两种检查方法在临床应用上相互补充,相互结合,共同为老年性黄斑变性患者的临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的临床依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To 62 cases of senile macular degeneration patients as the research object,to explore its using optical tomography and fundus fluorescein angiography of two methods of clinical examination results were analyzed. Methods This study selected 62 cases from March 2014 to September 2015 during the treatment of senile macular degeneration patients in our hospital as the research object,a total of 90 affected eyes,respectively to examine the optical tomography and fundus fluorescein angiography in two methods. Results in patients with age-related macular degeneration In various types,two methods including optical tomography and fundus fluorescein angiography of atrophic type map like,there are significant differences in the detection results of choroidal neovascularization and drusen type,have statistical value. But in the retinal epithelial type were compared,differences between the two methods was not significant. Amd degeneration of optical tomography to map the atrophic type and drusen type has a higher detection rate,and fundus fluorescein angiography has a higher detection rate of choroidal neovascularization in age-related macular degeneration. Conclusion the clinical examination of patients with age-related macular degeneration,according to the patient’s disease The types of appropriate inspection methods.
